Service Champions was founded by Leland Smith in 2000 with one goal: to become true champions of service by providing homeowners with a service above and beyond any of their expectations. Leland quickly realized that success would be 100% dependent on the employees. He started by hiring friendly, naturally optimistic people who shared the core values.
His philosophy, that we hold true to this day, is to treat our customers and employees like family; we’ve built the business on that philosophy.
In 2019, Service Champions partnered with investors to grow the company faster. Since then, we continue to look for companies that share our values and take care of their employees and customers. We are very selective about partnering with like-minded companies, who value their teams and customers. That’s the key element in our desire to grow the Champions Group family.
