Executive Leadership

Frank has been with the Champions Group since 2018, moving from the Chief Operating Officer to the CEO in 2022. He brings over 30 years operational experience in the home services industry; including serving as Vice President of Operations with Horizons Services and Regional Manager with Goodman. He brings foresight, integrity, and tenacity in delivering the absolute best home service experience to our customers. Frank has a B.S. in Business Administration from John Caroll University.

Frank DiMarco | CEO

Naresh has led the Champions Group as Chief Financial Officer since 2022, overseeing over 75 team members in Finance and IT. He brings over 30 years of finance experience, including 21 years with Johnson & Johnson, and 10 years as CFO for other Private Equity backed organizations. Naresh’s leadership style is a key element to the continued growth of the organization, as he sets the overall direction and vision for his teams and empowers them to execute. When not crunching numbers, Naresh is either watching basketball or out preparing for his next half marathon run. Naresh received his undergraduate degree from Cal Poly University and MBA from University of California, Berkley.

Naresh Idnani | CFO

Ken is a new addition to the Champions Group team, joining in October of 2022. He brings more than 20 years of Human Resources experience, with 15 years in the Trades and over 10 years in Private Equity-backed organizations. Prior to joining Champions Group, Ken was the Vice President of Human Resources with CoolSys Inc, a private-equity backed Commercial HVAC-R organization. During Ken’s tenure there, CoolSys grew from a $225 to $750 million dollars and from two entities to more than 24 separate brands/companies. Ken is a passionate believer in the idea that our true product and the value we bring to the customers isn’t our programs, clubs, or a specific install/repair, it’s the experience they create for the customer using their skills and knowledge. He has a B.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University Fullerton.

Ken Lipinski | CHRO

Katey started as the Chief Marketing Office for the Champions brand in 2005 and continues to lead the marketing for the Champions Group today. She brings over 15 years of marketing and sales experience in HVAC and plumbing services. Katey believes in creating a true partnership with each new acquisition to build a marketing framework that drives mass recognition and demand. She earned her B.B.A. in Marketing from San Diego State University.

Charlie joined the Champions Group in 2020, and oversees our Northwestern brands as the Regional Vice President. He brings over 30 years of leadership experience, including over 20 years’ experience within the home services industry. Charlie looks to inspire his team to reach their full potential through creating an environment of integrity, trust, respect, and collaboration. Charlie received his B.A. degree from Los Medanos College in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania

Northwest Regional Vice President

Chris joined the Champions Group in 2021 as the Regional Vice President over our Western brands. He brings over 30 years of leadership experience, spending 20 years as Vice President of Commercial Sales for ADT, and 11 years as a HVAC General Manager and Regional Director. Chris believes in building and developing the right team and empowering the leaders to be accountable for their own success. Chris received his bachelor's degree from Castleton University in Vermont.

Wayne Joined the Champions Group in 2020, and brings over 29 Years of experience in the Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Industry. He has managed businesses in multiple states across the Southwest for his entire career. Wayne believes in Coaching and Developing his team to inspire their very best and always continuing to strive for excellence in every aspect of their career. Wayne has a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Brian has led the Midwest Region of the Champions Group as Regional Vice President since 2021 and brings over 29 years of operational experience in the home services industry; including Six Sigma Black Belt with American Residential Services, and President of Kansas City Winair. Brian prides himself on Servant Leadership and the personal and professional development and growth of his team members. Brian has a B.S. in Business Communications from the University of Kansas.

Midwest Regional Vice President

Senior Leadership

Jamison joined the Champions Group in 2023 and leads the mergers and acquisitions activities, including market analysis, sourcing, valuation, diligence and execution. He brings over 8 years of corporate development and M&A experience, including having completed $4B in acquisitions. Jamison embraces the company vision of acquiring great businesses and providing resources to get them further faster. He believes in the philosophy of collaboration to make the acquisition process as seamless as possible with a proven method of creating value through learning and sharing best practices.Jamison has a B.S in Mech. Engineering from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Jamison Mclaughlin
VP, Corporate Development

Michelle joined the Champions Group team in March of 2023, overseeing Operational Support in overall Supply Chain activity such as: vendor management/negotiations, fleet, facilities, contractor licensing, safety, and more. She brings over 15 years of experience in commercial logistics, refrigeration, HVAC, and construction, including over 10 years of operational leadership. Michelle believes in Servant Leadership through empowering and supporting the team and encouraging growth and development. Michelle has her undergraduate degree from California State University, Long Beach, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
