Q. Who can qualify for 2024?
- The Top HVAC Salesperson from each location will earn a spot, along with the #2 and #3 performers based on regional rankings.
- The top 3 Plumbing Salespersons from each region.
Q. What if there is a tie?
1st tie breakers is total revenue, 2nd tie breaker is avg ticket, 3rd tie breaker is total jabs sold.
Q. What are the qualifications?
Each region will have slightly different criteria that will be shared via emailed rankings. Rankings will be posted each month at the center. Rankings will be emailed to the GMs for distribution to their tearns. Rankings typically post around the end of the 2nd week of the following month (e.g., May ranking will be posted end of 2nd week of June).
Q. What if I have a question about the reported sales numbers?
With the enormous volume of sales reporting involved, there is potential for an error in reporting. Notify your GM and email any issues with specifics to championscircle@championsgh.com
Q. What do winners receive?/What’s the prize?
Winners receive an all-expense-paid trip to Grand Wailea in Maui, Hawaii for themselves and a guest.
Q. Is there a cash alternative to the trip?
No, there is no cash alternative prize. If a winner cannot attend, their prize may be given to an alternate attendee only by the CEO.
Q. When will the Champions Circle trip take place?
Dates are February 27th — March 3rd 2025.
Q. Do I have to take vacation hours for
No, the trip is company-sponsored, so winners will be excused from work those days. Winners will be paid their standard vacation wage.
Q. Where will the Champions Circle take place?
Grand Wailea in Maui, Hawaii
Q. Who will book the air travel?
Travel will be handled by Service Champions and its trip coordinator.
Q. How many expected winners will there be?
With the current number of locations, we anticipate 35-40 winners plus their guests.
Q. What is the Grand Wailea resort known for?
The resort is known as Maui’s premier luxury beachfront destination. The Grand Wailea offers something for everyone with their onsite amenities including award-winning cuisine, tropical-inspired spa treatments, upscale shops and more.
Q. What is there to do at the resort?
The resort features the Kilolani Spa, six restaurants, multiple pools including a 3-story drop light up slide. Plus Island Adventures including Golf, Hiking, Road to Hana, Kayak tours and more.
